Humanity Nigeria, made up of young professional volunteers from across Nigeria, is currently attempting the Guinness World Record for the highest number of plastic bottles collected by any team in the world, within five days.
To therefore ensure success at attempting to achieve this Guinness world record, the team sought the endorsement of Prince Yemisi Shyllon and the partnership of OYASAF in the Earth-to-Art project of picking waste plastic bottles and converting them into recycled art pieces and other positive utilities. The Team would carry out a 5-day world record exercise of picking and showcasing the utility value of waste plastic bottles and educate the world of the environmental and health harmful consequences of poor waste disposal of plastic bottles.
The Team thus made a pre-festival visit to Prince Yemisi Shyllon Museum where they were received by him and long drawn discussion was held, towards the success of the team's Guinness World Record project in partnership with OYASAFwww.facebook.comwww.facebbok.com
